I would ensure that I know my employees interest. In knowing that, the interest of my organisation as well as that of the employees will be treated as mutually exclusive within. Once that is achieved, I would identify each individuals strength and place them accordingly. For each employee, clearly define his role in the organisation as an individual as well as in a team, and how work should be carried out.
Once this working relationship has been built and is clearly understood by everyone, introduce fast, easy communication channels. Ways that allow easy interaction, with both internal & external stakeholders. It is also important that I instil a discipline of responsibility as well as encourage self-reliance.
There is a lot in being a boss that is mentioned here, these are chief-leading imperatives that needs a bosses serious attention.
The first paragraph is supposed to entail what you are arguing and I don’t pick it up at all, but the grammar is well put. You must give direction at the end, what must we do?
